There is a 30 day return policy that is restricted for general purpose and stock motors. If you have held the product for more than 30 days you are not able to return the product. All stock products are subject to a 23% restocking and handling fee.
All products being returned must have a return goods authorization number. If any products are returned without the RGA a credit or reversal cannot be made. For an RGA number you must contact customer service at (800) 674-6445 with your order number or invoice number.
Products that have been installed cannot be returned unless authorized by a customer service agent with a RGA issued.
If the reason for the return is due to an Direct Parts USA warehouse pick error, than the customer is eligible for a free product pick up of the incorrect product and delivery of the correct product on standard ground freight free of charge. (Product cannot be expedited for next day air delivery for warehouse pick errors).
Exhaust fans, supply fans, kitchen hoods, energy recovery units, ventilators, gravity vents, and pressure vents are custom manufactured items that cannot be returned. Once the manufacturing process has begun it cannot be stopped. The customer must receive the product that was ordered.
Direct Parts USA is not responsible for labor, outside components, or injury during replacement and product return process.
